Kingsley is the visionary founder of our company, established in 2017. He brings a hands-on approach and a wealth of practical experience to his leadership role. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, Kingsley is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his 7-year-old son, Maverick, his wife, Jody, a teacher, and their dog, Archie.
He holds an IOSH Managing Safely qualification and is always seeking new ways to enhance our operations.
As Technical Director of Kingsley Build Group, James is responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to technical standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and drives innovation across the business.
With a background in Architecture and over a decade of experience in Architectural Design and Project Management, James has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including Commercial, Custodial, Healthcare, Retail, Leisure, Education, Aviation, and Residential. His portfolio features projects for nationally recognised clients such as Starbucks, Tesco, Nationwide Building Society, Gatwick Airport, Ecolab, B&Q, McDonalds, and the NHS to name just a few.
He has also collaborated with private developers on residential schemes, change of use projects, and luxury student accommodations, as well as various council owned properties, including schools, childcare facilities, leisure centres, respite homes, and libraries.
An expert in architectural design software such as Revit and AutoCAD, James has extensive experience utilising BIM to create high quality, detailed drawing packages for all stages of construction.
James excels in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, leading a multidisciplinary workforce of over 50 staff while ensuring quality, health and safety, and compliance standards are consistently delivered.
With 15 years in the Welsh Guards and a former professional rugby player for the Ospreys, Matt brings exceptional leadership and discipline to our team. His impressive credentials complement his military experience, which includes three tours of duty.
His knack for managing contracts ensures our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
He holds SSSTS, Cat B, and a 360 ticket.
As Kingsley’s first hire, Josh has been integral to our success from day one. His vast experience in quality control, job planning, and logistics makes him invaluable. A skilled woodworker, he ensures our projects meet the highest standards, showcasing his commitment to excellence.

Seb, Kingsley’s brother, has been with us for seven years and is known for his meticulous attention to detail. He demands high standards and recently led our seven-figure Stage 1 Ireland project, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and quality standards.

Starting just after his 19th birthday, Ryan has quickly developed into a skilled carpenter and fencing specialist. He runs our fencing projects, leading a team that follows his expertise and vision, ensuring the highest quality work.
Ryan holds qualifications in:
- SSSTS Site Supervisor
- Streetworks Supervisor,
- CSCS
- Cat B Asbestos.
After overcoming challenges in his early career, Aaron joined us in 2019 and quickly proved his worth. With a diverse skill set, he plays a key role in our modular projects, including bespoke cedar lodges and buildings, showcasing his craftsmanship and commitment to quality.

Gavin has been a vital part of our team for five years, excelling in both machine operation and managerial roles. As the Groundworks and Landscaping Manager, he leads a team to deliver high-quality projects while ensuring efficiency and safety on site.
