With extensive experience across construction, operations, and client leadership, he plays a pivotal role in driving growth, maintaining quality, and ensuring exceptional service at every level of the organisation.
Kingsley is frequently on the road, conducting high-level meetings across the UK and Ireland with senior stakeholders, including representatives from National Parks, local authorities, and CEOs of high-profile organisations. These engagements are central to building long-term partnerships, understanding complex client requirements, and ensuring that Kingsley Build Group consistently delivers an outstanding, tailored service.
Highly commercial and client-focused, Kingsley is closely involved in pre-construction strategy, major project negotiations, and key decision-making, ensuring that projects are commercially sound, operationally deliverable, and aligned with client expectations. As Technical Director and co-owner of Kingsley Build Group, James is responsible for ensuring projects meet the highest technical standards, comply fully with regulatory requirements, and continue to drive innovation across the business.
With a background in Architecture and vast experience in the construction industry, James has worked across an exceptionally wide range of sectors, and there is very little he has not encountered during his career. His experience spans commercial, custodial, healthcare, retail, leisure, education, aviation, and residential projects, including large-scale refurbishments for banks, schools, retail units, and commercial buildings.
James has designed and delivered projects for numerous high-profile UK and global organisations, including Starbucks, Tesco, Nationwide Building Society, Gatwick Airport, Ecolab, B&Q, McDonald’s, and the NHS. In addition to design leadership, he has extensive experience in tender writing, building surveys, and pre-construction services, supporting clients from early feasibility through to project delivery.
He has worked on listed buildings and sensitive sites, developing planning and building regulations packages for projects ranging from small-scale developments to complex, large-scale schemes. James has also successfully project managed highly complex construction works, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality, programme, health and safety, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
An expert user of Revit and AutoCAD, James has extensive experience utilising BIM to produce high-quality, coordinated drawing packages across all stages of construction. He holds a BSc, SMSTS, CSCS, and a wide range of additional professional certifications, and is currently working towards Chartered status.
James leads a multidisciplinary workforce of over 50 staff and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously, bringing clarity, technical rigour, and practical construction insight to every stage of the build process.

With 15 years’ service in the Welsh Guards and a background as a former professional rugby player with the Ospreys amongst other clubs, Matt brings outstanding leadership, discipline and resilience to the business. His military career included three operational tours, developing a strong foundation in teamwork, accountability and performance under pressure.
As Sales Director, Matt excels in contract management and building strong client relationships, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. He also holds a broad range of construction-related qualifications, including SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, and CPCS A58 (360° Excavator), strengthening his commercial and operational understanding. With a golf handicap of 9, Matt is always happy to take client relationships a step further - on the golf course.

Seb has been a key part of the business for over nine years and plays a central role in driving operational performance across the company. As Operations Manager, he is responsible for overseeing project delivery, maintaining high standards on site, and ensuring that works are planned, resourced, and executed efficiently.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising approach to quality, Seb sets clear expectations and leads by example. He recently led the successful delivery of a seven-figure Stage 1 project in Ireland, demonstrating strong leadership, technical competence, and a consistent focus on quality, safety, and programme control.
Working closely with senior management, site teams, and subcontractors, Seb ensures that operational processes are robust, risks are managed effectively, and projects are delivered in line with client expectations. His practical, hands-on background allows him to maintain a strong presence across live sites while supporting continuous improvement throughout the business.
Seb holds a wide range of operational and safety-focused qualifications, including SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Harness Safety, Powerboat Stage 2, PA6, Chainsaw Tickets, Lantra Highways Crash Barrier Supervisor, Streetworks, PEV Cleared and Level 3 First Aid, supporting his ability to manage complex operations safely and effectively.

Beth is the Office Manager and a central pillar of the business, known for her exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and ability to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Highly professional and confident in all forms of communication, she is often the first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and a consistently high standard of service.
She manages all appointments, emails, and administrative workflows, maintains the company’s CRM system, and oversees workforce scheduling and vehicle tracking. Her role is critical in supporting operational planning and providing real-time coordination that enables site teams and management to work efficiently and without disruption.
Beth is technically proficient and highly capable across a wide range of systems, with outstanding skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and cloud-based business platforms. Her strong data management, reporting, and process-streamlining abilities support informed decision-making across the business.
She holds an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management, with additional training in building sustainable teams and mental health awareness for managers. Beth also brings strong project and service delivery capability, holding ITIL® Foundation, Core Project Management skills, and Data Visualisation training. Her advanced communication skills, combined with Emergency First Aid at Work and Fire Warden & Fire Safety qualifications, further reinforce her role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-managed workplace.
With a proactive mindset and calm, methodical approach, Beth ensures systems, schedules, and communications remain structured and reliable, making her an essential contributor to the company’s day-to-day operations and continued growth.

As the company’s first hire, Josh has been integral to the business from its earliest days and continues to play a key role in its ongoing success. As Quality Control Manager, he brings extensive experience in quality assurance, job planning, and logistics, providing a structured and methodical approach across all projects.
Josh works closely with site managers, subcontractors, and senior leadership to ensure works are planned correctly, materials and resources are coordinated effectively, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. His ability to oversee processes from early planning through to final delivery helps minimise risk, prevent defects, and ensure smooth project execution.
A highly skilled woodworker with a strong attention to detail, Josh sets the benchmark for workmanship across the business. His hands-on knowledge allows him to identify potential issues early, implement corrective measures, and support site teams in maintaining high-quality outcomes throughout every stage of construction.
Josh holds a wide range of industry-recognised qualifications, including Powerboat Stage 2, Streetworks Supervisor, Lantra Crash Barrier Supervisor and Level 3 First Aid trained reinforcing his commitment to safety, compliance, and best practice across all operational environments.

Tom is an experienced Contracts Manager with over 20 years in the construction industry, delivering projects across a wide range of sectors. With a strong commercial background and a practical understanding of site operations, Tom plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard.
Known as an outstanding communicator, Tom excels at building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. His clear, pragmatic approach allows him to resolve issues quickly, manage risk effectively, and keep projects moving forward even in challenging circumstances.
As a Contracts Manager, Tom is responsible for overseeing contractual obligations from pre-construction through to final account, including cost control, procurement, change management, and dispute avoidance. He brings a calm, solutions-focused mindset to every project, ensuring commercial objectives are met while maintaining quality, programme, and safety.
Tom’s depth of experience, attention to detail, and commitment to collaboration make him a trusted figure for both clients and project teams alike, consistently contributing to successful project outcomes.

Aaron joined the business in 2019 and has since established himself as a highly capable and well-organised Site Manager, known for his structured approach, technical competence, and strong leadership on site. He manages a wide range of construction projects, consistently ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
He plays a key role in the delivery of our modular and specialist construction projects, including bespoke cedar lodges and purpose-built structures. These projects require detailed planning, careful coordination of trades, and close control of programme and quality, all of which Aaron manages with confidence and professionalism.
With a strong hands-on background and broad technical skill set, Aaron is highly effective in overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with project teams. His organised, methodical working style ensures sites remain compliant, well-run, and productive at all times.

Ryan leads all of our specialist fencing projects, managing site operations and supervising teams to deliver high-quality work on some extremely high-profile projects. He is responsible for coordinating labour, maintaining programme, and ensuring workmanship meets exacting standards. His teams follow his leadership and technical expertise, resulting in consistently safe, efficient, and well-executed installations.
With a strong hands-on background, Ryan combines practical trade experience with effective site management skills, enabling him to manage complex sites, liaise confidently with clients, and work closely with main contractors and subcontractors. His calm, organised approach and attention to detail make him a trusted presence on demanding projects.
Ryan holds SSSTS Site Supervisor, Streetworks Supervisor, CSCS, and Cat B Asbestos Awareness certifications, reinforcing his commitment to safety, compliance, and professional site standards.

Thomas is a highly experienced Site Manager with over 15 years in the construction industry, bringing together strong academic qualifications with a solid trade background and extensive on-site leadership experience. Originally trained as a qualified plumber and floor fitter, Thomas has a deep, practical understanding of construction processes at every level.
He holds both a BSc and a Master’s degree, providing a strong technical and managerial foundation that complements his hands-on trade experience. This combination allows Thomas to manage complex projects with confidence, ensuring quality, programme, and safety are consistently delivered.
Throughout his career, Thomas has worked on and managed multi-million-pound construction projects, overseeing large site teams and subcontractor workforces across a range of sectors. He is highly skilled in coordinating trades, managing programmes, maintaining high health and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
Thomas holds SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, and Working at Height certifications, along with additional health and safety and site management training. He is known for his calm, authoritative approach on site, clear communication, and ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
With his breadth of experience, technical knowledge, and proven leadership, Thomas is a dependable and capable Site Manager who consistently contributes to the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

Charlotte is an Office Assistant who provides essential support to the day-to-day running of the business through her organised, proactive approach and strong attention to detail. She plays a key role in supporting both management and site teams, helping to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Her responsibilities include taking minutes during meetings, handling incoming phone calls, and providing clear, professional communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Charlotte also assists with ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, and supporting general administrative duties across the business.
Reliable and methodical, Charlotte helps manage documentation, maintain records, and support wider office workflows, allowing the team to stay organised and focused. Her willingness to assist wherever needed and her positive, can-do attitude make her a valued member of the office team.

Gavin has been a vital part of the team for over five years and is a highly experienced Groundworks and Landscaping Supervisor, combining strong technical ability with effective on-site leadership. With extensive experience in both machine operation and team management, he plays a key role in the successful delivery of complex groundworks and landscaping packages across a wide range of projects.
In his role, Gavin leads and coordinates groundworks and landscaping teams, overseeing earthworks, drainage, foundations, external works, and finishing elements to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. His in-depth understanding of site conditions, sequencing, and plant operations allows him to plan works effectively while maintaining productivity and quality.
Gavin is particularly skilled in heavy plant operation, including the use of 360 excavators up to 20 tonnes, and applies this expertise to support his teams and maintain safe working practices on site. He is highly organised and proactive, ensuring works are programmed correctly, risks are managed, and health and safety standards are consistently upheld.
He holds recognised qualifications including 360 20 Tonne Digger, CSCS, and Streetworks, supporting his ability to manage groundworks operations in live and challenging site environments.
